This place suits me perfectly, offering free wi-fi, a cozy bar/lounge area, 24-hour reception, and in-room breakfast. The staff even returned my forgotten hairbrush during my first stay. Highly recommend for a great retreat. I'm coming back for a business trip!

The hotel was located in the Historical/shopping area of Naples-very convenient.

Ideal location, a minute walk from Dante. Airy rooms on the upper level and terrific service.

Unique design creates an inviting atmosphere that feels vibrant and refreshing. Spacious room offers plenty of storage and an interesting layout with the bathroom upstairs.

Some cleanliness issues, particularly in corners and showers, were noticeable. The high windows in rooms might leave you feeling a bit closed in, and a lack of available beverages made the promised amenities disappointing.

Near to the Archaeological Museum of Naples.

There isn't absolutely a parking near of it! We drove several minutes and had to walk with our luggage in a long way. The internet wasn´t working and the staff didn´t anything to help. Breakfast is poor.

Traffic meant I had poor night's sleep on the Saturday night. My companion couldnt sleep because of traffic noise on the Sunday night. The single bed, on the gallery, had no ventilation so got quite stuffy since we had to shut the main window because of the noise at night. We both had slightly upset stomachs after eating the breakfast and ended up eating breakfast elsewhere. I think it might have been the coffee or the hot milk but we weren't there long enough to test it out - a shame as the breakfast was copious and varied. The website said there was a free shuttle to the airport but there wasnt.

Just a solid selection for a weekend escape in Naples with great value-to-price ratio. Staff were helpful with luggage before check-in and after check-out. Try to explore the vibrant streets nearby for local dining options.

front door locked at night but bell did not work; had to call neighbors to call hotel to let us in and this was a challenge because we didn't speak italian; scary neighborhood after nite; lots of motorcycle noise late into the nite

Check-in was super smooth, and I loved how the staff helped me find a wine opener with a big smile. I really enjoyed relaxing on the cozy terrace and the despite the room being a bit dusty, it didn't take away from my overall experience. Definitely grab breakfast before heading out! 🍽️

The hotel provided a good value, safe and colourful environment from which to explore the grimy yet vibrant city of Naples. Breakfast was good and the staff friendly. Triple room was bright and spacious.

Only minor issue was lack of a shower curtain. But definitely a good experience overall.

Gisella, the recepcionist, is so lovely, friendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable, very clean and very good value for money. Breakfast is also very good with plenty of choice. I loved the little terrace, too.

Can just recommend for a quick break

Bright room, cozy bar/lounge area, and a vibrant terrace made my stay good, with easy access to the metro just 300 meters away and friendly staff who gracefully accommodated my early check-in request.

Utterly satisfied

Great location, central but very quiet which is v unsual for city centre hotel. Good price, even more so with the Booked.net flash deal Good facilities - excellent shower, v good bed, hairdryer and fridge, v nice traditional Napolitan breakfast. Couldn't ask for more. Will def be back.
